Artwork images are provided for illustrative purposes. Colours and appearance may vary due to monitor, screen, device and printing differences.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs, delivery times, and packaging details will be provided at checkout or via email.
The artist is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.
International buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
6. Returns & Refunds
Original artworks and commissions are generally non-refundable unless damaged during transit.
If an item arrives damaged, you must notify the artist within 48 hours with photographs of the damage.
Where a refund, replacement or repair is required under Australian Consumer Law, the artist will provide the applicable remedy. In other circumstances, remedies may be offered at the artist's discretion.
Where a shipment is lost in transit, the artist will work with the relevant carrier to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.
7. Commissions
Commissioned artworks require a non-refundable deposit before work begins.
The artist will provide progress updates; however, artistic style and creative direction remain at the artist’s discretion.

This Commission Agreement outlines the terms under which the artist will create a custom artwork for the client. By engaging the artist for a commission, the client agrees to these terms.
2. Scope of Work
The artist will create an artwork based on the agreed concept, size, medium, and time-frame. Artistic style and creative interpretation remain at the artist’s discretion.
3. Deposit & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required before the work begins. The deposit secures the artist's time and materials and is therefore non-refundable once work has commenced, except where required by law.
The remaining balance is due upon completion and prior to delivery.
Payments are accepted via the methods listed on the website.
4. Timeline
The artist will provide an estimated completion date. This may vary due to creative process, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances. The client will be notified of any significant changes.
5. Revisions
Minor adjustments may be requested during the process.
Major changes to concept, composition, or style may incur additional fees.
The artist retains final decision-making authority regarding artistic direction.
6. Copyright & Usage
The artist retains full copyright to the commissioned artwork.
The client receives the physical artwork (or digital file, if applicable) for personal display only.

The artist may display images of the commissioned work in portfolios, exhibitions, publications, and online.

8. Cancellation
If the client cancels the commission after work has begun, the deposit is forfeited. Additional costs may apply depending on the stage of completion.
9. Damages & Returns
Commissioned artworks are non-refundable. If the artwork arrives damaged, the client must notify the artist within 48 hours with photographs of the damage.
10. Agreement
By paying the deposit, the client acknowledges and accepts all terms in this Commission Agreement.
